Returns, Cancellations and Welcome Codes

Cancellations:
ALL SALE ORDERS ARE FINAL ONCE ORDERS ARE PLACED. 
Store credit/exchanges can be honored in the event a sale order needs to be addressed. 

While we hope you never need to cancel an order, we completely understand things happen! Within 24 hours of orders being placed you can edit or cancel your order as needed as long as your order hasn't been fulfilled.  Please email us at support@olleeandbelle.com with "CHANGE ORDER" as the subject line.
After that 24 hour window gap has passed, We can no longer honor any edits or changes to the order.
 PLEASE NOTE: If your order ships within that 24 hour time period we can not make changes to your order. 

Shipping Insurance: We offer Navidium ship insurance. If you have included Navidium in your order and your package goes missing in the mail, and has been deemed as “undeliverable” or “lost” we can honor a replacement package. Refunds will only be given in the event we do not have the replacements in stock. If packages have been marked "delivered" the insurance will not be honored.

All holiday and sale items are final sale. 

Return Policy:
We understand returns are going to happen and we want to make that process seamless for you. If for any reason at all, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a store credit (not including original shipping) within the 14 day window after orders are delivered!
We know (I do it too) you will order size ups for your babes, PLEASE be sure to fully and thoroughly inspect each item upon receiving because the 14 day window still applies. We quality check everything but we are human and might miss something from time to time.
Please email us at support@olleeandbelle.com with "return" or "defective item" as the subject line.  

Please note that defective items MUST be reported within 14 day after receiving. 
If returning, the refund/store credit will be applied after we have inspected and ensured that everything shipped back unused/unworn condition.
If there is a quality error or mix up on our end, the return label will be on our expense. For example; if you ordered a 2T and we accidentally sent you the wrong size.
You have 7 days to get the item back in the mail and on its way to me for the exchange to remain valid. After 7 days I can no longer honor the return once a return label has been sent. 

If you are returning any style or size for your own reasons within the 14 day time frame, then the return label will be deducted from the refund/store credit amount.

Returned goods must be delivered back to us unwashed, unused, and in its original packaging. It must be in the condition you received it in order to receive a refund or store credit for the original purchase price.  The original shipping fees (if any) will not be refunded.

Due to the limited availability of our items, we may not be able to replace with the same design/size/style from your return but we will have a limited amount of styles held back to do our best for any warranty issues that may come up.
PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS
We completely understand the need for cancels. Due to the nature of pre-orders, they are placed based upon the orders received. Unfortunately, no refunds/cancellations can be issued once a pre-order is in place.  
      
Welcome Codes! 

If you are a new shopper with us, we offer a welcome code “WELCOME10”

Please understand that this is for new customers only. If we see this code being used with a different email address but going to the same physical address we are entitled to cancel the order completely. Please understand we are a very small business and this code isn’t intended for multiple uses.
